Rented a ski boat and tube for the day. Had some mechanical issues but staff was very accommodating and did everything possible to make sure that we still had an awesome day. All I can say is GREAT staff.Had an absolutely AMAZING day. Will definitely be back.
Our dock hand Daniel was truly amazing! He was nothing but kind, personable and full of great info! We had such a great time out on the water! The parking situation could be better but Daniel made up for it! 10/10 would rent again
We rented a pontoon and 2 jet skis last week from H2O. I cannot say enough about the customer service. They were so friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to make our experience wonderful. The equipment was in great shape and the lake is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend them and will use them every time we vacation there.
The price for our 4 hour pontoon rental was great. The boat ran flawlessly. This place is a little hard to find. Small signage so be watching. My only real complaint is lack of parking. Not an issue unless you have mobility issues. No parking up close. The staff however helped carry our gear. Everyone there was very nice.
Friendly staff. Great boats. Quick check in. We only had plans to rent one day but we had so much fun we came back for a second day of tubing wake boarding and skiing. If you go to Douglas Lake make this your spot!
