I have had chronic pain in my inner thigh from Spondylolethesis and had myrofacial realease, Physical Theraphy, Sports Medicine, and chiorpractors practitioners work on me. A Yoga Therapist and Tara Murphy are the only ones that gave me relief. Tara gave me a work out that released muscles that were tight and causing chronic pain. She is very skilled. Thank you Tara.

I just love this place! What can I say? The folks are incredibly friendly and professional. The place is clean and relaxing. The massages are OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I took my daughters for a "girls' day out" and we were all treated very well! We'll definitely be back!!
