Love their drinks but OMG. The drive thru is always SO slow
Orders are never right. I'm updating this review because I've gotten 4 wrong orders from this sonic, most recent being tomatoes on a sandwich that i asked specifically for no tomatoes on, and on the receipt it even says "NO TOMATOES". Either everyone running this establishment is a hired in white trash family member or just plain retarded.
Food was great, quick service and staff was nice got breakfast here really enjoyed it.
Burgers had been sitting for a little while and were not as moist as usual. Service was quick. My sandwich was probably left over from the lunch hour rush.
My husband went to this sonic tonight (9/11/2017 @10:00p.m.). He ordered his food, got to the window, paid, and only AFTER he paid was he informed they were out of a specific item to make my sandwich...ok, fine. He had told whoever was working the window it would have been nice to know that, considering he only went there because I asked him to get me my sandwich. He would have gone elsewhere. He gets home, takes out his burger and it was not what he ordered and paid for. To top it off, no receipt was given to him and when I tried to call the store, no one would answer. I understand people make mistakes, but when you manage or run a business, I don't care if it's a major fast food chain, you do it with integrity and pride and customer service should be a top priority. We have had several issues from this sonic...very disappointed in how this experience went.
