Spelling in the card was wrong! Was suppose to be the word "is" and put the word "os" and the font was not small either so the person doing the card did no proofing! Paid for higher end arrangement and got the typical cheap green vase with cheap ugly green bow. Flowers were pretty but the presentation they came in and the lack of proofing the card showed to be a disappointment!
every time I order flowers the staff is always ready to help.. the flowers are always fresh.. even sending pictures of the arrangement i have sent.
